What we collect
- Your email address and, if you give it, your name.
- The page URL, keywords, target country and notes you enter on the order form, and any reason you give when you cancel.
- Subscription and payment records from Stripe (customer and subscription IDs, status, payment dates and amounts). You enter your card on Stripe's pages, so your card details never reach our servers.
- Basic technical data such as IP address, used for fraud prevention.
- Visits to a campaign's short link: the day, country, device type and referring site, counted for its visit stats. To count repeat loads once, each visitor's IP address and browser are turned into a one-way code; the IP address itself isn't stored, and the codes are cleared out regularly.
How we use it
To run and support your campaign, manage your subscription, send order and billing emails, prevent fraud, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We don't sell your data or send marketing emails without your consent.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process your subscription payments.
- The traffic network that delivers visits, which receives your page URL, keywords and country.
- Hosting, database and email providers that run this website for us.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and dispute handling, normally up to 7 years. You can ask us to delete personal data we don't need to keep.
