1. The service
Noori Stream ("we") runs website traffic campaigns as monthly subscriptions. While your subscription is active, we send visits to the web page you provide, targeted by the country and keywords you choose, at the daily rate of your plan. Visits are delivered through a third-party traffic network.
2. What we don't guarantee
- Sales, sign-ups, leads, clicks on ads, or any other visitor action.
- Search engine rankings or changes in ranking.
- Likes, followers, comments or other social engagement.
- An exact visit count in your analytics. Tools such as Google Analytics can count differently because of ad blockers, cookie consent settings, tracking code placement and reporting delays.
3. Your responsibilities
- You own the page you submit or are authorized to promote it.
- The page uses HTTPS, loads correctly, and does not contain malware or heavy auto-playing media.
- The page does not contain adult, hateful, violent or illegal content, and is not a YouTube, Fiverr or ad-shortener link. We may refuse or stop campaigns that break these rules.
- You provide a working email address so we can send order updates.
4. Delivery
Campaigns normally start within 12-24 hours of your first payment and run every day while your subscription is paid. Daily visit numbers are ranges and depend on network availability for your target country.
5. Subscription billing
- Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, at the price shown before you subscribe. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month on the date you first subscribed, and the card you saved is charged, until you cancel. You can change the card from your order page.
- You can cancel anytime from your order page. If you cancel before your campaign starts, within 72 hours after it starts, or within 72 hours of a later monthly payment, we stop the campaign and refund that month's payment in full. If you choose instead to keep your traffic running until that month ends, that month isn't refunded, even if you stop the campaign early later. After that window, cancelling stops future payments and you choose whether your traffic continues until the end of the month you have already paid for or stops straight away, without a refund for the unused days.
- If a renewal payment fails, we email you and retry it over the following days. If it hasn't succeeded within 3 days, your campaign is paused until the payment goes through.
- We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; you can cancel before a change applies.
6. Refunds and cancellations
See our refund policy. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can resolve the issue quickly.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
